Account Director
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to work for a large Facilities Management Organisation working on a prestigious contract based in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Contractual and Technical Services to the contract, delivering critical Hard FM services via the onsite team, specialist contractors and with support from the wider business in a safe and effective way.
Duties of the role
- Leading a multi-disciplined team to ensure Services are in the most efficient and effective manner ensuring all contractual KPIs, SLAs & deliverables are achieved; taking positive steps to address where not
- Develop and maintain a healthy business relationship with the Client which includes promoting Business capabilities, building trust, and maximising growth opportunities.
- Develop Business Plans annually which outline strategic and tactical goals for the success of the Contract
- Drive continuous improvement programmes, promoting and deploying technologies in line with a Smart Buildings ethos
- Ensure financial targets and forecasts are achieved across the contract and where necessary develop detailed recovery plans to address underperformance.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in directorship or senior management on a large Facilities Management Contract
- A strong Leader who can demonstrate technical experience in managing contracts with critical services in a 24/7, 365 environment and who also has an understanding and passion for SMART buildings
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.
- Process orientated individual with experience in continuous improvement and adding value to contracts under their direct management.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- A strategic individual who has strong customer relationship skills and can position themselves as their trusted advisor for the Client.
- An inspiring leader & influencer with imagination and a track record of innovation.
- Technical qualifications in Building Services, Electro/Mechanical and BMS
