Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Reading
Salary: £55- £65k per annum
Package: 25 days plus 8 days holiday

An exciting role for a Quantity Surveyor with a large water civil engineering. The company are well established with flag ship contracts across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a at least 5 years experience within the civil engineering water contracting sector. There will be opportunities to progress into senior commercial roles within the business also.
Key duties & responsibilities include:
- Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
- Produce monthly commercial reports
- Monthly financial reviews
- Cash flow forecasting
- Validation of Contracts
- To agree and resolve final accounts
- Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
- Cost value reconciliations and the variation's procedures
- Risk and opportunity management procedures
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified of benefit
- HNC/HND level in building services essential
