- £50 - £60K + £5,200 car allowance + 5% bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to work for a market leading energy and decarbonization business operating within the FM sector. Due to a demand in work, they are recruiting for a manager to oversee a large customer and work closely with them to build relationships and allocate projects requests to the correct internal division for actioning.
Duties of the role:
- Working with a large Forces client to manage the enquiries across their estate related to energy reduction projects, carbon neutrality and smart buildings
- Co-ordinating and connecting the projects with the correct parts of the internal business to ensure delivery
- Develop the relationship with the customer to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work with senior management and high-level forces clientele
- Cross selling different services and solutions offered by the business to increate workload and project requests from the customer
- Working within the markets of EV Charging, Heating Networks, Renewables including Wind, Solar and Hydrogen, Smart Buildings and Embedded Generation and Storage
- Home based role - travel as preferred to see customers but most work done on Teams

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong Customer management experience
- Great relationship builder
- FM or energy sector experience advantageous
- Good sales skills to cross promote other services and divisions
