Role: Administrator
Location: Horsforth, Leeds
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Package:22 days holiday plus 8 days statutory bank holidays
Monday - Friday (40 hours)
We are working with a well-established facilities management company who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.
Purpose of the role:
- To support and assist Operation Managers with administration duties, as required.
Duties:
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
- Interact with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors.
- Manage email inboxes.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Provide support to the team on the raising of Purchase Orders
- Provide support to the Helpdesk
- Provide administrative support to other areas of the business as and when required
- Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes / actions.
- Where applicable, answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
- Carry out other duties consistent with the job-holder's knowledge and skills which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or business goals

Person Specification:
- Essential - GCSE grade C/level 4 or above in Maths/ English.
- Essential - Phone experience
- Essential - Administration experience
- Essential - Good level of IT competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
