Commercial Heating Engineer
North Lanarkshire

Our client is looking for a Commercial Heating Engineer to join their team to work across commercial properties in North Lanarkshire.
The Role
Undertake building services & maintenance repair works dependent on knowledge/skills & qualifications.- This would potentially include Air Conditioning Systems, Cold Water Boosted Systems, Domestic Hot Water Systrems, Low Voltage Electrical Systems, LTHW, Pressure and Ventilation Systems.
- Liaise with the Helpdesk, Regional Peformance Manager & Technical Operations Manager to ensure both planned and reactive maintenance works are completed within the contract SLA.
- Participate in the oncall rota
Qualifications
- Recognised Mechanical apprenticeship is essential
- Previous experience in a similar mobile service environment.
- Gas Safe (CIGA1, COCN1, ICAE1, ICPN1, TPCP1A)
- FGas desirable
- Previous experience in Siemens Control Systems would be desirable
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- The ability to pass an PVG Disclosure Check
