Our client is looking for 2 plumbers to join their team to work across their estate buildings.

The Role

Working as part of a plumbing team within the mechanical department.
Main responsibilities are to ensure that the day-to-day maintenance and reactive activities are delivered throughout the site to a high standard
Servicing air handling units
Servicing and maintenance of calorifiers
Servicing and maintenance of plate heat exchangers
Pipework
Initial Gas checks - FGAS an advantage
Working on pressure systems
Legionella awareness - servicing thermostats mix valves and recording temperatures.

Qualifications

Must have a background in Domestic & Commercial Plumbing and Drainage, preferably with a recognised apprenticeship
Extensive and varied post apprenticeship experience in installation, service and maintenance is essential for this role
City & Guilds, S/NVQ or equivalent qualification with a governing body such as SNIPEF
CSCS
IOSH
Be able to work as part of a team and under own initiative
DBS will be required if appointed
