Bid Manager
We are recruiting for a Bid Manager to join a large Facilities Management Organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. As the Bid Manager you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and completing EOI, PQQ and Tender opportunities, winning business for the company.

Duties of the role
- Responsibility for the complete bidding process
- Production and review of high-end tender documents with both standard and bespoke responses
- Allocate work to departments as appropriate and maintain liaison/management to ensure all deadlines are met
- Work with subject matter experts and other departments collating information to provide written responses
- Liaise with internal departments to source information from previous customers, e.g. References
- Research and gather relevant information for bid responses
- Contribute to and maintain a database of bid response resources and information
- Create and maintain a database of answers and documents to assist in PQQ/ITT's
- Provide a monthly Management Report on bid results.
- Assist Directors with the PQQ/Tender process
Candidate/Role Requirements
- Experience of Managing/Coordinating Bids within Facilities Management/Construction industry
- Project management skills - Prince2 preferable
- Excellent Attention to Detail and Strong interpersonal skills
- Creative Writing Skills
- Technical/Engineering qualifications/experience is ideal but not essential
