We are recruiting for x2 Service Delivery Supervisor's to work across a housing portfolio within Rotherham.
The role is to lead and manage the daily service delivery of responsive repairs, empty homes and ad-hoc works on the Yorkshire Housing Contract, ensuring that all works are delivered in accordance with our Clients ways, internal budgets, contract requirements, KPI's, SHEQ and ISO:9001 Quality Assurance Procedures.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and on offer will be a salary of £35k-£38k.
What will be delivered:
- Lead and manage a team of staff, directly employed operatives and sub-contractors ensuring that works are delivered in accordance with the contract and ENGIE's processes & procedures
- Overseeing of the daily allocation and planning of resources by the Planning team to ensure orders and works are correctly planned and the suitable required resources are duly appointed
- Daily monitoring of the interactive planner to monitor and review the progress of works ensuring that appointments are being made and kept and that works are completed in time
- Management of vehicles, materials, plant, tools and equipment ensuring that all resources are fully equipped to complete the works right first time
- Undertaking of regular Toolbox talks to the workstream delivery teams
- Delivering the contract within the allocated budget and forecast
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Instigate continuous improvement in all areas of the service delivery
Qualifications and experience required:
- 5 Years Social Housing asset management experience
- Health & Safety - SMSTS
- Commercial & Contractual awareness
- T Skills - MS Office, Castleton Maintain, other Software Systems
- Leadership and Management experience
- Understanding & implementation of contractual mechanisms
- Good commercial awareness
