We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to work as part of a small team, supporting senior management in an office-based role in Oxford, OX3.
This role requires a lot of self-management and so is suited to someone who is very proactive and driven with good communication who will take ownership the workload. This is a great step for someone moving forward from an Administration role into operations with great chances of promotion.
The role is f ull time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Normal working hours are 9am until 5:30pm with one hour for lunch.
Duties of the role include:
- General administrative duties
- Database management
- Processing authorised invoices for payment
- Tracking document, including variation orders and other data
- Organising meetings, rooms and events as required
- Operating a document control system
- Collation of monthly reports
- External liaison with service providers, client and other parties
- Processing correspondence and chasing responses
- Maintaining files and records
- Archiving as required
- Any other duties that may reasonably be determined as commensurate with the role

The Candidate
The hiring company are looking for the following skills and experience for this role:
- IT skills - good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PFI experience & knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
