Project Building Surveyor
Newcastle
Salary range £42K - £51800 ( depending upon experience)
Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team based in Newcastle.
The Role
- You will support, manage and deliver a broad range of in-house estates related projects.
- Provide building surveying expertise and engineering design from development to implementation across the whole portfolio.
- Support Stakeholder groups to assess building defects, propose remedial actions and manage refurbishments projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- You will have a proven track record of client side management of stakeholders and multi disciplined design teams and complex projects.
- You will have sound knowledge of construction technology and construction management.
- Building Surveying qualification
