Description

Maintenance Engineer Part Time 

County Durham

24 hours per week

Salary £17,500

Our client is looking for a maintenance engineer to carry out maintenance duties around a hospital estate.

The Role


  • To maintain maintenance records and helpdesk reports, informing the Facilities Manager of any follow up action that may be required
  • To work in line with H&S on site at all times
  • Update PPM records and reactive maintenance tasks
  • To carry out winter gritting as part of the maintenance team To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.

The Person & Qualifications


  • A DBS will be required as part of this role ( we can arrange)
  • C&G in electrical, mechanical or fabric
  • Driving licence
