Minor Works Manager
I am recruiting for a temporary Head of Minor Works to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation based in Wakefield managing small works projects from inception.

Duties:
- Managing commissions of minor works projects from inception
- Ensuring the projects are suitably triaged, surveyed, designed, and priced in accordance with the terms & conditions of the contract with all chargeable fees, preliminaries, overheads, and % contribution allowances being factored and included
- Management of the delivery of the annual Capital Maintenance Programme schools and corporate buildings
- Programming and planning the works
- Ensuring that the minor works processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to including the completion of all minor works standard forms and documentation.
- design co-ordination, commissioning, and mobilisation,
- supply chain procurement,
- Managing budgets and resource
- Responsible for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
- Client and stakeholder management and service delivery
- Direct management of Head of Commissioning, QS & Minor Works Manager
