Role: Customer Service Administrator


Location:  Sheffield


Salary: £20,000 based on 40 hour week


 


We are working with a well-established national sized Facilities management company who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator


KEY PURPOSE



  • To support and assist Operation Managers with customer support and administration duties, as required.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



  • Telephone customer support

  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.

  • Interact with customers, staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors.

  • Manage email inboxes.

  • Issue responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

  • Perform general administrative duties.

  • Provide support to the Maintenance team on the raising and closing of reactive & PPM jobs.

  • Update/utilise internal and external software systems.

  • Provide support to update engineer matrices and the associated documentation.

  • Manage the equipment calibration process.

  • Provide administrative support to other areas of the business as and when required.

  • Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes / actions.

  • To take reasonable care for the health & safety of yourself and of other persons.

  • Carry out other duties consistent with the job-holder's knowledge and skills which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or business goals.

COMPETENCIES



  • Essential - GCSE grade C/level 4 or above in Maths/ English.

  • Desirable - Relevant vocational/academic business admin qualification

  • Essential - Phone experience

  • Essential - previous administrative experience.

  • Essential - Good level of IT competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
