Foot Mobile Engineer
Salary:
£38,000 + travelcard
Package:
40 hours
Permanent
25 days plus 8 days statutory bank holidays
1 in 6 call out (great rates)
Overtime (great rates)
Weekends (great rates)
Good performance bonus
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a M&E Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Engineer to work across sites in London.
The role:
- carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive)
- diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services
- maintenance
- fire alarms
- lighting testing
- lighting repairs
- pumps
- motors
- heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work)
- Relevant work experience is essential
Required:
- The successful candidate must have:
- At least 3 years experience in the building services trade
- Electrical or Mechanical City & Guilds qualified 1
- 18th edition (17th edition may be considered)
- Be well presented with good interpersonal skills
