Project Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a large Asset Management Organisation based in the Southwest.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for Managing lifecycle, Variation and defect works across the company portfolio in the Southwest and for other external Clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders and other specialist support partners to deliver lifecycle works and defect works between £10k and £5m within the Southwest of the UK
- Provide a consistently high quality of service to projects
- Assist in procuring schemes efficiently to provide value-for money
- Provide a consistently high quality of service.
- Closely work with: Lifecycle planning department, Procurement function Operational / Faculties Management function and Senior management
- Work with multiple project stakeholders under the guidance of the Sector Head: Construction Delivery.
- Interface with professional / design teams.
- Provide support on project validations, feasibilities, and scope determination.
- Assist in the co-ordination and issue of tender documentation.
- Assist in the production and execution of various forms of contract documentation; JCT D&B, Framework call-off, etc.
- Assist in the undertaking of contract administration, management and works monitoring.
- Provide post-project feedback to the wider team to aid continual improvement / lessons learnt.
- Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be determined as commensurate with the grade of the post.
Candidate/Role Requirements
- Project Management experience of capital expenditure works ranging from £50k - c. £1m
- BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying/Project Management/Quantity Surveying or at least 5 years Construction Experience.
- Experience of assisting in the developing of tender packs, JCT contract documentation and managing change control processes.
- Ability to interact with senior management team, one to one, meetings and by written reports.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
- Full UK Driving Licence
