Fabric Maintenance Engineer
£12.57 plus holiday pay
Middlesbrough
Our client has an immediate requirement for a multi skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis to contracts in the Teeside area.
The successful candidate will be given a van to get to each maintenance job which will be within an NHS estates.
The Role
- Undertake maintenance on multiple healthcare estates, including painting, basic plumbing, basic joinery, hanging fire extinguishers, notice boards
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
- Confident working to tight deadlines
- Full, clean driving licence
