- Description
300 North are looking to recruit a temporary Housing Site Manager to work on a new build housing project for our leading residential client.
This Site Manager role will be paying up to £22 per hour depending on the candidate.
The succesful Site Manager will have the following experience and qualifications
- Site Manager
- £19-£22 per hour
- Newcastle Upon Tyne
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black or Gold card
- First Aid
- Good organisation skills
- Proven experience of managing new build housing projects
- Full Driving licence
- Contract Duration 8 weeks
This is a prestige residential project with the opportunity for longer term work for the right candidate.
