  • Location: Newcastle
  • Immediate
  • Temp to Perm
  • Salary equivalent: £20150 - £23363 ( plus benefits)

Our client is looking for 2 maintenance joiners to work in their estates team in and around the NHS estate.

The Role


  • Routine maintenance & repairs
  • Changing locks
  • Fitting & maintaining fire doors
  • Repairing damage in and around the estate buildings
  • Working on roof timbers
  • Repairing timbers on flooring

The Person


  • You will be looking for a new challenge working within a hospital estates department.
  • You will have completed and apprenticeship in joinery
  • You will be required to have a DBS security check.
