The role of the Facilities Management Contract Manager is both operationally and financially. You will supervise, plan, and co-ordinate all aspects of Operations including Hard & Soft Service TFM delivery and Small Project Works.
Duties:
- Responsible for the day to day running of both the hard and soft services, organising the site team and supply chain in order to meet contractual outputs and objective
- Maintain customer relationships including progress meeting, site visits, and obtaining referrals
- Managing & having accountability for the P&L and maintaining agreed profit margins
- Managing a team of soft services professionals and M&E engineers and contract support workers effectively to maximize the performance of the company
- Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures, emergency and contingency plans
- Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review the H&S policy
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, todeliver P&L increased turnover and profitability, and make sure that contracts are re-won on re-tender.

Qualifications/ Experience
- A proven and quantifiable track record of delivering Facilities Management services within an TFM environment with demonstrable management experience.
- Industrial experience (Advantage not essential)
- A background in mechanical or electrical maintenance is essential
- Excellent commercial acumen with proven experience of managing P&L
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Must have strong Health & Safety experience and relevant qualifications (eg. IOSH or NEBOSH)
- Experience with Shut downs (advantage not essential)
