Estates Supervisor
Sunderland
£13 - £15 per hour depending on experience
4 - 6 week contractOur client is looking to recruit a maintenance supervisor to work within their estates department
The Role & Person- Ideally you will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams within an estates maintenance environment.
- You will lead the multi-disciplinary team undertaking Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance tasks to mechanical, electrical plant, equipment and services and grounds and gardens.
- You will have an ability to supervise and undertake works associated with other trades as required.
- You will be required to drive between sites and to participate in an emergency out of hours on call rota.
Qualifications & Experience
You will have served a recognised apprenticeship in either a building or engineering discipline
Computer Literate
Ideally have CAFM experience
