PFI Contract Performance Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a PFI Contract Performance Manager to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation working on PFI contracts across the Midlands.
As the PFI Contract Performance Manager you will be responsible for the delivery, management, and continuous improvements of the PFI contracts KPI’s, SLA’s and service delivery.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in contract performance management and compliance working on PFI Contracts.
Duties of the role
- Ensure operational delivery complies with the contract services specifications
- Proactively monitor KPIs and SLA performance so that any issues are resolved to avoid failure
- Managing weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting data against all site KPI’s to feed into month end reporting, including capture of follow-on jobs
- Production and presentation of monthly contract performance reports and payment mechanism reports ensuring contractual deadlines are achieved
- Carrying out internal audits on performance including
- Undertake trend analysis on KPI data to drive performance improvements
- Co-ordinate response to client performance audits where these are requested.
- Work with the operational teams to ensure that planned maintenance activities align with performance targets
- Work with the Projects teams to ensure that KPI timescales for response are
- Work alongside Commercial and Finance teams to ensure the correct processes are in place at an operational level to deliver the outputs of the contracts
- Ensure processes are consistently reviewed to ensure operational excellence
- Hold Review meetings with the contract teams to review performance, opportunities, and risks
- Embed an effective regime for capturing Customer / User Satisfaction with the services being delivered
- Produce Customer Satisfaction reports.
- Ensure Contract Deliverables schedules are in place and monitored
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience working on PFI Contracts within a performance management role
- Experience preparing reports and analysing data
- Experience of complex payment mechanisms required
- Advanced level Excel skills and Visio
- Experience working with process design
- High standards of numeracy and written communication
- Extensive experience of Helpdesk and CAFM management is essential
- Candidates must be able to pass an enhanced DBS
