300 North are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager for our residential client in the North Yorkshire region.
Building high spec designed new homes their reputation is built on quality. They build quickly and efficiently and expect a lot from our office and site teams but reward them with progression, support and a competitive package.
As a Contracts Manager responsible for overseeing up to 6 housing projects you will report to a Managing Director and have contact with all other regional departments. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your management style with a consistent approach to customer care and health and safety with a specific eye for detail and finishing to a high spec.
The right candidate will also need to have confident leadership skills, especially from a health and safety perspective is essential. You will be expected to work to strict standards. It is essential that you have operated as a Contracts Manager in a previous role, specifically within the volume house building sector.
You must have an up to date CSCS card (black management card) or SMSTS. Previous qualifications such as a BTEC, NVQ 4 in Site Management or an HND or degree or equivalent would be desirable.
