Account Director
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to work with a leading facilities management organisation in the Midlands
As a Facilities Account Director you will have significant experience as a Senior Leader ideally within the Healthcare environment. You will be dealing with multiple stakeholders, growing and developing teams and stakeholder relationships. The successful candidates will be also be commercially astute and used to critical environments

As a Facilities Management Account Director you will manage a large multi-site account within a healthcare critical environment, managing the account relationships and acting as the senior leader to grow the contract and enhance business relationships.
Duties include:
- Financial performance of assigned accounts
- Strategic contract delivery on Facilities management corporate
- Stakeholder relationships and ensuring exceeding customer expectations
- P&L responsibilities
- Growing and developing a team
- Engages executive involvement to introduce new scope & business pricing as part of delivering an integrated set of services
- Ability to negotiate, administer contract and possess solid understanding of contractual terms and implications
Qualifications/Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a senior and visionary leader on multiple facilities management corporate accounts
- Excellent commercially and financially
- Experience in managing PFI contract ideally healthcare
- Experience of building and developing a team
- Management of a large critical Facilities P&L accounts
- High level of customer relationship management, networking and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in the development & implementation of strategic plans
- Significant experience managing customer accounts across multiple regions
