My client is looking for a caretaker to join their estates teams in order to cover holiday periods and extra work across 7 schools in the Stockton area.
Hours of work 8am -4pm but this may be subject to change to alightly earlier or later depending on the site you are covering.
The Role:
- You will have previous experience in a caretaking role.
- Ensuring the school is in good working order ( i.e. no fences blown down etc)
- Report any maintenance to be carried out to the contract manager
- Ensure school grounds are clean and tidy and no litter anywhere.
- Running of water and temperature checks.
The Person
You will be required to have an enhanced DBS, which the client will pay for if you have not already got one.
Experience of working in a similar role.
