Facilities Management Operations Manager
We are recruiting for a Facilities Management Operations Manager to work for a progressive Facilities Management organisation in the North West.
As the Facilities Management Operations Manager you will be responsible for the Operational management of a key PFI contract, actively managing the P&L ensuring that all services are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contractual obligations, and providing strong leadership to the team to ensure objectives set are achieved.

Duties
- Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient conduct of the contract
- Managing the full P&L on the account
- Account management and Operation
- Compliance delivery across all of the Facilities Management services
- Management of all health & safety within a multitude of different Facilities Services
- Stakeholder engagement and management of stakeholder relationships
- Lead on delivering a diverse range of capital projects
- Work with the Leadership team to develop strategy and deliver the Company’s Business plan.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a senior Facilities Management post
- Previous experience managing a PFI account or large complex contracts
- Good commercial and financial acumen having previously managed a full P&L
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a growing workforce
- NEBOSH Qualification
- Experience of project management across small works, lifecycle works and capital works within Facilities Management
