Site Manager


  • Lincoln
  • £24 per hour
  • 3 weeks minimum

Our client is looking for a site manager to oversee a rendering contract on a school.

The Role


  • Overseeing sub contractors carrying out rendering works
  • Ensuring H&S is adhered to on site at all times.
  • Ensuring the site is compliant.
  • Issuing work permits
  • Tool box talks
  • Resolving issues on site
  • Reporting directly into a project manager who is covering a number of sites.

The Person

You will be immediately available

You will be an experienced site manager.

Able to work on own or as part of a team, reporting directly into the project manager.

You will be required to use your own lap top initially and mobile phone.

Qualifications


  • CSCS Black
  • Enhanced DBS required
  • SMSTS
  • 1st Aid
  • Asbestos Awareness
