Maintenance Supervisor
- Location: Middlesbrough
- Salary: £29K equivalent
- Temporary 3 months with extension
- 37.5 hour per week
Our client is looking for a maintenance supervisor to join their team on a hospital estate.
The Role
- You will be the first line management and supervisor of all directly employed labour and sub contractors working on the estate.
- Covering all aspects of building services engineering maintenance, inspections & repairs.
- Providing high levels of expertise in your core skill.
- You will be responsible for the efficient running of the day to day operations including maintenance and repairs of all engineering services plant & equipment within the hospital estate.
- You will support the engineering officers in effectively running of the estate and maintenance service.
The Person
- You must have worked in a similar role and have the experience and references to support this.
- You must be immediately available.
- You will be required to have a DBS check for this role ( paid for by the client)
Qualifications
You must have an NVQ in mechanical & electrical
or
IOSH Supervising/ Managing Safely
AP qualification desirable
