Multi Skilled Maintenance Person
North Yorkshire
£24,500 plus Van, fuel card, pension & annual bonus
Our client is a housebuilder looking for a multi skilled customer care person to join their business.
The Role
This is a client facing role where you will attend houses to carry out repairs and maintenance to the properties.
Duties include joinery, wall tiling, plaster patching and painting.
You will be required to attend properties across Leeds and North Yorkshire
The client will put you through a basic plumbing and electrical course as well.
The Person
You will have experience of working as a skilled maintenance person on domestic or commercial properties.
You will have a full clean driving licence
Have customer service experience as you will be dealing with the public daily.
