Role: Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Leeds
Salary & Package:
£27,500 per annum
X1.5 after 40 hours & Saturday, X2 Sunday
Free on site parking
Very good pension

Our client :
A large FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a mechanical maintenance engineer to work on a large sensitive static site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all reactive & planned mechanical maintenance issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake all Maintenance on Mechanical systems
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Types of work includes working with Steam and Condense Systems, Heating and Domestic Water Services, Building Drainage Systems, Air Conditioning and Associated systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Must be very good at customer facing situations
- Relevant Mechanical qualification
- Good understanding of electrical trades
- Confident working in a sensitive environment
- Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
