Carpenter
We are recruiting for a Site based carpenter/Joiner for a large Facilities Management Organisation to work on a large and prestigious Facilities Management Contract in Feltwell
Summary:
- Carpenter/Joiner
- Feltwell
- £26,000 - £28,000 plus Business use vehicle and fuel card
- Full time Permanent role
- Facilities Management Contract
Duties:
- Carpentry and general building fabric reactive repairs within 24 buildings across the 3 bases which are all within 5 miles
- Fire door maintenance and repairs
- General fabric maintenance
- Assisting other trades for 2 man working
- Completion of log books and paper work to meet tight KPI requirements
- Optional callout cover
- Sub-contractor escorting duties
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- C&G Carpentry qualifications or equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative and with the minimum of supervision.
- Outgoing personality essential for dealing directly with Clients and customers design team.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong Carpentry and building fabric background.
- Demonstration of the values of Drive, Commitment, Daring and Cohesion
- Capable of building strong working relationships with current and new customers.
- Capable of sound decision making whilst working under pressure
- Able to lead others and good communications skills
- Displays a High standard of integrity/responsibility and delivers on commitments
