Fabric Supervisor
We are recruiting on behalf of a large Facilities Management Organisation for a Fabric Supervisor to work on a large and prestigious Facilities Management Contract in Lakenheath.

As the Fabric Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a fabric team carrying out reactive repairs on all fabric items through commercial and Dormitory buildings.
Duties:
- Supervising a small team of fabric operatives on the Core services contract buildings including dormitories.
- Liaise with the client to review works carried out and required
- Carry out site surveys to identify additional works requirements and liaise with the extra works team
- Carry out pre and final inspections on dormitories with client representation
- Liaise with other trade supervisors within the Core services team
- Attend client meetings
- Carry out site, sub-contractor and engineer compliance checks
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Previous Supervision and fabric maintenance background
- In depth knowledge of fabric maintenance and repairs
- Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of health and safety rules and legislation
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence is required
