Project Manager
Sunderland
Salary £45K plus up to 10% annual bonus, private healthcare.
Our client is looking for an experienced project manager to join their team based in Sunderland. You will be working for the client and not a contractor.
You will be managing a refurbishment and new build project up to the value of £6M
The Role:
- Overseeing subcontractors on site
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels, reporting into the CEO of the company
- Attending client meetings
- Attending site visits
- You must have an understanding of construction drawings.
- Ensuring the project is being built to spec and within timesframes.
- Managing budgets and costs.
- Experience of creating and proof reading RAMS
- Dealing with Health & Safety Audits
- Managing a number of supervisors who are looking after the hard and soft services within the newly built office
The Person & Experience
- Must have a good commercial understanding.
- Experience of working on similar projects
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualification
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- CSCS Black
