Contract Manager
We have an immediate vacancy for a PFI Contract manager in North London
Summary:
- Contract Manager
- Temporary contact 3 months - (Potential for temp to perm position for right candidate)
- Must be available immediately
- Facilities Management
- Rate £24/hr (salary £45,000 + Car allowance)
- Managing a team of 6 direct reports across several sites
- PFI experience essential
- Strong commercial and financial skills
- Enhanced DBS Required
Duties Include:
- An integral member of the operational team working on a PFI contract in North London
- Managing senior level relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure the client meets contractual requirements, for a team that delivers a variety of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services (TFM)
- Managing finance budgets
- Life-cycle works
- Pricing Variations/small works
- You'll drive service delivery excellence by strategically planning, prioritising and delegating workloads to maximise productivity of both directly employed staff and specialist sub contract support.
- Knowledge of building services
- Relevant industry qualifications and excellent management skills
- Facilities Management background
