Quantity Surveyor
Location: Blackburn
Salary equivalent: £45k
Temporary to Permanent post.
Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on Schools, Hospitals, Libraries and Fire Station contracts.
The Role:
- Prepare enquiries
- Analyse and put tenders together
- Carry out evaluations on site
- Manage allocated accounts, including orders, payments and final accounts
- Close out final accounts in accordance with customer and company procedures
Qualifications and experience:
- You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Must have own transport as you will covering areas from Liverpool to Burnley.
- Experience of working on Public Buildings desirable.
