Facilities Management Account Manager
Immediate vacancy for an Account Manager in the North West near Manchester
This is a temp to perm role so ideally looking for someone who is available within 2 weeks. We are looking for someone who is experienced within PFI education projects
Summary

- Location: North West Manchester
- Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + Car/car allowance
- PFI education or BSF experience (essential)
As the Account Manager you will be managing the Total Facilities Management on the contract consisting of engineering, cleaning and security services.
Duties
- Leading the TFM operations of public sector buildings and managing Facilities Management systems and procedures
- Ensuring financial budgets & commercial/SLA obligations are achieved
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to
Building inspections and PPMs
- Ensuring exemplary customer service is delivered from the FM team
- Continuous service development and improvement
- Client and internal reporting
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience managing PFI Education contracts, cross functional, Hard FM and Soft FM
- Good financial acumen with a proven knowledge of budgetary control and profit and loss accounts
- Sound understanding and experience of risk assessment / management
- Management of mobilisation
- Educated to HND/degree level
- Member of BIFM (desirable)
- Experience with public sector contracts (desirable)
