Senior Chartered Estate Surveyor
- Location - North Lincolnshire
- Temp to perm
- Rate - £200 - £260/day (negotiable for right individual)
- Must be available Immediately
- Must have local authority experience
- Asset Valuations
- MRICS qualified
This is a temporary role as the client needs someone immediately but it is also an opportunity for a permanent post (temp to perm)
Duties include:
- Managing all aspects of clients (Local authority) commercial property portfolio, including:
- Providing strategic property advice on major projects, development opportunities and the Local Authority investment strategy.
- Rent reviews / lease renewal / new lease negotiations
- Surrender & renewals and freehold requests
- Assignment / sub-letting requests
- Asset Valuations
- Take property / general enquiries
- Process consent for alterations
- Enfranchisements
- Wayleaves
- Disposals & acquisitions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Significant experience of Local authority commercial estate management.
- MRICS qualified Essential
- An ability to communicate effectively at all levels including report writing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Team player.
- To be able to prioritise workloads and perform to strict timetables.
- The ability to adapt to major and frequent changes in daily work demands.
