300 North is currently recruiting for 4 project managers to work across a number of sites in the Suffolk area
The Role
- Your primary role is to estimate and deliver project works consisting of M&E and fabric works including CDM and health & safety requirements as a key member of the minor works team.
- You will be required to work 40 hours per week
- Liaise with contract managers to identify, quote and plan extra works.
- Liaise with the client for minor works quoting and approval and site surveys.
- Carry out minor works meetings with the client and end user.
- Arrange and manage sub contractors for minor works delivery.
- Manage minor works delivery staff.
- Plan and program minot works .
- Hold monhtly review meetings with the client on each establishment.
- Provide and deliver monthly performance reports to the client with the assitance of the administration team.
- Fair and consitent attitude in all dealins at all levels.
- Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures.
- Promote and drive the company values.
- Keep up to date with industry developments, riving innovation and effective change
Qualifications or Required Experience
- Management qualifications and experience in project management
- Good knowledge and experience in minor works and project delivery
- Experience and training in CDM management
- Good IT skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
