We are recruiting for a PFI Contract Support Manager or Facilities Helpdesk Manager work for a large Facilities Management Organisation based near Tameside Manchester

As the PFI Facilities Contract Support Manager you will be responsible for Managing work progress and providing management reports
Duties
- Responsible for day to day monitoring of performance and operational reporting to understand and analyse helpdesk performance, primarily on reactive tasks.
- Support the Contract Director by producing monthly deduction and service reports and daily updates
- Monitor performance of contract on a daily basis identifying trends
- Providing advice, feedback and updates to the team in the promotion of best practice in relation to payment mechanism deductions and SFP's.
- Support the Management Team in the production of both external operational performance management reports and internal reports on a regular basis or as required
- Responsible for offering coaching support and monitoring quality for a team of operators including objective setting.
- Monitoring contract performance
- Identifying issues and pro-actively offering solutions to improve performance. To include implementation where required.
- Identify and develop with Technical Service Managers (TSM'S) and Helpdesk Supervisor improvements to PPM and Workflow performance
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Previous experience working on a PFI contract is essential
- Experience of report production from a recognised CAFM system. Preferably Maximo
- Helpdesk Management
- Sound Commercial awareness
- Knowledge and experience of Business Assurance and Performance Measurement systems. (SLA's KPI's
- PC Literate with knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel etc)
