- Temporary to permanent
- Gateshead
- £18000 plus benefits
- 37.5 hours per week
My client is looking for a FM site supervisor to join their team in Gateshead.
The Role:
You will be responsible for logging any jobs that arise from site, and monitoring and taking appropriate action with current jobs.
You will be required to facilitate delivery of services to the contract, interact with both management, admnistrators and the client.
Ensure security of the building
Report any accidents, near misses, H&S or environmental issues to the Hard FM leader
Carry out checks on:-
- Fire alarm testing
- Legionella Assesments & Control Measures
- Descale of linscat boilers
Liasing with contractors - issueing correct paperwork
Visual chekcs and paperwork on :-
- Ladders
- Gates
- Doors & means of escapes
- Extinguishers
Daily site inspections on including:-
- Reporting any issues and logging jobs
- H&S assessments
- Plant room inspections
- Washroom checks
- Grounds inspections
- Waste management check
Inspection of ACO Drains for maintenance and cleanliness.
Check risers on a weekly basis for leaks.
Accept and deliver all parcels on site
This is a customer facing role and demands excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
