Technical Supervisor, Southwark
We are recruiting on behalf of a large Facilities Management Organisation for a technical Supervisor to work on a facilities management contract based in Southwark.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of mobile/static workforce
- Provide technical support for client, support staff and workforce
- Ensuring delivery of services in line with contract KPI’s/SLA’s
- Undertake quality assurance inspections on a predetermined amount of all works delivered
- Survey and cost additional/remedial works as required and provide supporting documentation in a timely manner
- Identify training needs within workforce
- Maintain and audit maintenance records of all work carried out on plant and equipment within the site manuals
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive callouts and minor projects on all associated building services equipment and plant, general fault finding and repairs to building services equipment assets
Qualifications/Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical qualified
- Working at height/IPAF/PASMA certification
- CSCS Card
- IOSH Certificate
- Full driving licence
- Good communicator, verbally and written, and have a good level of computer literacy
- Previous experience in a similar role
