- Temp to permanent role
- 37.5 hours per week
Our client is looking to appoint a Project Manager/Surveyor to join their capital works team on projects in Newcastle City Centre.
The Role
- You will be required to pick up a number of projects that are at different stages and run them through to completion and there are also some new build projects.
- The values vary from £10k - £1M and could be anything from refurb & maintenance to new build.
- Taking specifications from the client.
- Carrying out survey and preparing technical specification, breakdown into elements and put out to tender.
- Overseeing the project once on site through to completion.
The Person & Qualifications
- You must be comfortable in client meetings and drawing out information for their projects.
- You will have a BSc in Building Surveying
- You will be able to provide examples of previous schedules that you have prepared and taken through to completion.
