Facilities Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager join an organisation in Barnsley, South Yorkshire on a 9 -12 month fixed term contract.

As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the Total Facilities Management of a large Estate.
Duties of the role are:
- Managing the wider facilities team whilst directly managing 4 operational staff
- Ensuring PPM activities are adhered to and maintained on a daily basis.
- Deliver works to the highest level ensuring all relevant KPI’s and SLA’s are met and adhered to.
- Ensuring all reactive works are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Review and develop the quality of service at operational level
- Provide management information as required to support decision making
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Previous Management / Supervisory experience on a facilities Management contract
- Have managed PPM’s and reactive maintenance works ideally on an education or schools contract or large estate
- Have managed both hard and soft services
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Must have GCSE Maths and English (or equivelant)
