Role: Freelance Site Manager - NHS Offices | Newcastle
We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a short-term project within an NHS office facility in Newcastle.
Start: 1st September 2026
Duration: 2 weeks
Location: NE15
Project: Cabling & Wiring Works
Contract: Freelance
Pay: £280 per day CIS
The Site Manager will oversee cabling and wiring works, providing a reliable management presence on site and ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to the occupied environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management and supervision of site activities
- Overseeing electrical / cabling contractors
- Health & Safety compliance
- RAMS and site documentation
- Coordinating works within an occupied office environment
- Monitoring progress and quality of works
- Liaising with the client and contractors on site
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Previous Site Management experience
- Experience overseeing M&E, electrical, cabling or refurbishment works would be advantageous
This would suit an experienced Site Manager who is available for a short-term assignment from 1st September.
