We are currently recruiting for an Air-conditioning Engineer to cover a mobile area across Central and South London.

The role is working across a large commercial contract with a mix of properties such as offices and training centres. The sites you will be working on are very sensitive and prestigious and so you will need to pass a security clearance for the role.

The role is mobile so you will be going from site to site in your company vehicle (provided) adhering to a planned preventative maintenance schedule (ppm) as well as reactive breakdown work as required.

The sites are based around Central and South London all with in the M25.

In the role you will work on the A/C units of the building from a varied of manufacturers including:

• Split Systems
• VRV's
• Chillers
• AHU's
• Control Systems
• Pressurisation Units
• BMS

In exchange for your hard work you will be employed by one of the countries leading FM companies who are passionate about delivering a good service to their customers and investing into their staff with additional qualifications and good promotional opportunities. The salary is £38k - £40k, Car for business use only, Life Cover x1, 22 days holidays increasing to 25.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced AC Engineer and possess the following qualifications and skills:

• City and Guilds refrigeration and Air Conditioning Leve

• City and Guilds 2079 - F-Gas
• Current driving licence
• Strong health and safety skills
• Positive attitude
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
