PFI Technical Compliance Manager

A leading building services organisation is seeking an experienced PFI Technical Compliance Manager to join their Facilities Management team in Nottinghamshire. This role ensures that hard FM services, operational processes, and assets meet statutory, regulatory, and contractual standards, while maintaining accurate records and driving continuous improvement in compliance processes.

  • Proven technical experience in facilities management


  • Demonstrable PFI compliance experience


  • Strong understanding of hard FM operations, statutory requirements, and asset management


  • Previous experience in a healthcare or PFI environment


 

Role Overview:
As Technical Compliance Manager, you will oversee the technical compliance of hard FM services, ensuring assets are properly maintained and service delivery meets required standards. You will monitor performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure statutory and contractual obligations are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, statutory requirements, and PFI obligations.


  • Develop and maintain governance and control systems to ensure contractual compliance.


  • Maintain and update asset registers, condition surveys, drawings, and room data sheets.


  • Review procedures, reports, and processes to identify risks, gaps, or non-compliance issues.


  • Lead monthly compliance reviews with internal teams and external stakeholders.


  • Manage and track the resolution of non-conformance and compliance reports.


Experience and Skills Required:



  • ONC/HND in an engineering discipline (or equivalent) or a recognised statutory qualification.


  • Proven experience in facilities compliance management, ideally within a PFI or healthcare environment.


  • Strong understanding of facilities management industry standards, statutory regulations, and best practice.


  • Demonstrable track record in compliance monitoring and reporting.


  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to work.
