Administrator IT & Documents
Baildon, Bradford
£25,500 to £30,000
300 North are supporting our client to introduce an experienced IT and Document Administrator for a permanent role at their office in the Baildon area.
Duties:
- Set up new IT/phone equipment for site and office users
- Maintain the asset database and ownership of equipment
- Apply for Warranties and maintain records
- Convert information from project teams into user-friendly documents/reports
- Scan, copy and distribute documents to project team members and clients
- Review and track documents to maintain latest revisions for accuracy
- Liaise with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
- Assist in the monitoring of quality control systems such as Field View
- Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
- Attending meetings and conferences when required
- Complete timesheets, expense claims, purchase orders, and other company documents and procedures on time
- Understand your personal development plan and achieve the goals agreed at appraisal so as to progress in terms of competence and client satisfaction
Required:
- Wide-ranging knowledge of all aspects of office administration
- Good IT skills such as Access, Excel, Word, Sage, Eque2 and Viewpoint
- Analytical skills
- Time management skills
- Data entry skills
- Ability to deal with people of all levels, to work on own initiative and work to deadlines
- Minimum 2 ears' experience of office administration including IT duties
- Experience of working in administration within a construction related business would be beneficial
