Our client is looking for a manager to join their reactive & planned maintenance business, to plan and oversee delivery of maintenance contracts.

The Role

• Ensure the all works are carried at in line with relevant KPIs and SLAs.
• To drive efficiencies of delivery throughout the team.
• Carry out quality control checks on all documentation.
• Ensure all works are compliant with GasSafe.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to comply with Health and Safety.
• Full responsibility for all elements of the contract/s assigned.
• Ensure all sites across the portfolio are compliant at all times.
• Daily interaction with client giving advice, solving issues and building a professional relationship.
• Ordering all relevant equipment and materials for works to be carried out.
• Attend site visit to produce survey reports for quotation purposes and future works.
• Actively promote the other services DFP Services provide.
• Attend contract review meetings.
• Work closely with Senior Management to ensure maximum expectations are met at all times.
• Ensure that you meet all monthly targets that are set.
• Full correct usage of our in house operating software JobWatch (training will be provided).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold industry qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have high levels of IT literacy.
• Full understanding of contract P&L
• Strong Health and Safety awareness.
• Driving Licence.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Provide Out of hours advice to on call engineers when applicable.

Job Details:

• Working hours are 8am-16.30pm Monday - Friday standard with overtime expected to be carried out where applicable due to the nature of the role.
• Office based role with site visits required where applicable.
• 22 Days holiday.
