I am recruiting on behalf of a large Asset Management Organisation for a Facilities Compliance Officer to work on a Facilities Management PFI contract in Mansfield.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring the statutory and contractual compliance on the contract
- Ensuring coordination of feedback from all participants is achieved
- Undertake site-based Compliance Monitoring reviews where applicable of both Statutory and Contractual compliance
- Provide exception reports as required
- Maintain accurate records of evidence received and observed
- Escalate and feed back in a timely manner, non-compliance area
Required experience/Qualifications
- Previous experience managing compliance on a Facilities Management contract
- Previous Statutory and regulatory compliance experience
- Experience of working within a PFI environment would be beneficial
- Ability to pick out key information and report it in a timely manner using appropriate means of communication.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with other stakeholders whilst ensuring that the best interests of the projects are promoted and maintained.
