Site Manager 

£280 per day 

start date Tuesday 16th July (7 weeks)

Lancashire

Our client is looking for a site manager to join the team and cover a site in Lancashire on a 7 week temporary contract. This is working on a school contract.  

The Role


  • Overseeing subcontractors on site
  • Issuing work permits
  • H&S briefings
  • Tool box talks
  • Keeping all paperwork up to date
  • Ensuring the work is being carried out to spec. 
  • Experience of working within the Facilities management industry preferred
  • Experience of working on PFI contracts advantageous

The Person


  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Black
  • 1st Aid
  • Asbestos Awareness

You must have an enhanced DBS carried out for this role.
