Project Manager
Location: Yorkshire, Nottinghashire
6-9 months ( maternity cover)
£320 per day
Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering school contracts in the Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire region. This will be a minimum of a 6 - 9 months maternity cover.
The Role
- Overseeing 11 educational sites in the Lancashire area
- PFI Experience essential
- P&L support
- Financial sign offs
- Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £3m per year
- Health & Safety sign off
- Client facing and holding meetings
- Reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
- Computer literate
- Driver
- Must have an enhanced DBS before starting work
